*Meeting called to order by*: President Rtn Bhupinder Singh Jaggi
*1. Call to Order & Welcome*
President Rtn Bhupinder Singh Jaggi called the 930th regular meeting to order followed by the National Anthem. He extended a warm welcome to all members and guests present on the very first day of the Rotary Year.
*2. Discussion on Installation*
The House discussed the upcoming Installation Ceremony of the new team for RY 2026-27. Venue, date, and other aspects were reviewed. Members were requested to finalize arrangements with Hotel Arya and share the detailed plan by the next meeting. Draft invitation and guest list to be circulated after receiving confirmation of the date from the proposed Chief Guest.
*3. Chief Guest for Installation*
As suggested by Rtn Poonam, the Club will approach Shri Uma Shankar Singh, IAS, Secretary, Dept of School Education and Literacy, as the Chief Guest for the Installation Ceremony. President will extend the formal invitation tomorrow at 2:00 PM along with Rtn Poonam, Rtn Sujata, etc.
*4. Next Meeting*
The next regular meeting will be held on *7th July 2026, Tuesday* at Hotel Arya to discuss the 24th Installation of our Club. All members were requested to ensure maximum attendance.
*5. Felicitation of Doctors on Doctor's Day*
On the occasion of Doctor's Day, the Club felicitated eminent doctors of Ranchi today who have helped the Club in creating a meaningful impact. The doctors were honoured with _shawls_, saplings, and citations for their selfless service to society.
*6. Felicitation of Chartered Accountants on CA Day*
The Club also felicitated distinguished Chartered Accountants of the city today to mark CA Day. CAs Rtn Dilip and Rtn Pravin were presented with _shawls_ and saplings in appreciation of their contribution to the nation’s financial integrity.
The felicitation ceremony was successfully conducted by Rtn Sujata and Saplings were arranged by Rtn. Anuradha. The fellowship was followed by snacks and members effort made the meeting a learning experience.
